Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won’t need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the return is received, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.

Not eligible
Items damaged through misuse, or used items returned for change of mind.
